How a project runs.
Every house is different but the process is always the same. Consultation during the week, installation that weekend or the next.
One to two weeks
Fixed, agreed before work begins
The two of us, start to finish
Five principles
One system
Every device, every room, one unified platform. No app-switching, no workarounds.
Invisible
Technology should disappear into the architecture. No visible racks, no wall clutter.
Reliable
Products chosen for how they actually perform at home, not how they look on a spec sheet. We test everything before we recommend it.
Personal
Scenes and automations tailored to how the household actually lives, not factory defaults.
Maintainable
We leave you with a written guide and stay reachable afterwards. If something stops working, you call us — not a helpline.
Consultation
A conversation during the week — over the phone or in person. We ask about the house, the household, and what you want the technology to do. By the end of it we have everything we need to put a proposal together.
During the week
Proposal
We come back with a room-by-room specification and a fixed price, usually within a day or two. Nothing is open-ended. You approve it before anything is ordered.
1–2 days
Install
We arrive on the weekend and install everything in one visit. Every device fitted, every system paired, every automation configured before we leave. One day for most homes, occasionally two for larger ones.
One weekend
Hand over
Before we leave we walk the household through every scene, switch, and voice command until everyone is comfortable running it without us. We also leave a written guide and stay reachable if anything ever needs attention.
End of installation
“We do not do piecemeal. We do not do half-measures. If a house is worth building well, the technology inside it deserves the same discipline.”
